Chris Freer Photography Blog
I am pleased to announce that my new Cockermouth Portrait Photography Studio is now open.

I have wanted to open my own portrait studio for a while; however, I have found it very difficult to find premises that are ideal and affordable. Well now I am excited to say that on Wednesday I picked up the keys to my new studio which is situated on the outskirts of Cockermouth. The studio has the benefit of being on the ground floor so easy access for pushchairs, has its own ample private parking, disabled facilities and it’s only 1 mile from Cockermouth. Studio session will be by appointment only and I will be able to offer evening and weekend sessions along with daytime.
I have tried to offer an open and simple price structure which you will find comprehensively listed on my website and you will also be able to buy gift vouchers. Booking a portrait session couldn’t be simpler with my new online booking form.
My portrait photography does not just mean headshots, I also do a range of other shoots including life style portraiture, studio portraits with either high or low key background, marketing or PR shoots, environmental portraits for magazines or media articles. Maybe you would like a portrait captured with a loved one to be cherished forever, a bright, fun family session or a fantastic portrait photograph for an online dating profile, the opportunities are endless I will work closely with you to get the look you require.
You can view your portrait photographs in the comfort of your own home and pay per print via my award winning online ordering system. There is no pressure or hard sell tactic employed, simply purchase as many or as little as you wish. My framed prints, canvases and wall hanging products are some of the finest quality available in the UK and can also be purchased directly from my website and delivered straight to your door.
To celebrate the opening of my new studio, the first official portrait shoot will be with Beth Faulder, who is one of the Finalist of Miss Teen Galaxy for England; she is also the only person from Cumbria who has managed to get through. Should Beth be selected to represent the UK, she will then fly over to the USA to compete in the Miss Galaxy International, so best of luck to her.
