On the 20th December I attended the wedding of Chris and Joanne at St Mungo's Church in Dearham and then on to the reception at Hundith Hill Hotel near Cockermouth. The day was a very bright and snowy scene which I love, however, it was extremely cold which is not ideal when your dressed for a wedding. It's always a huge challenge to photograph a wedding on a bright winters day with the low sun casting strong shadows and often the light is more of an orange tone. When there is snow on the ground this challenge gets even more interesting!
