This form helps me understand how your day is unfolding — timings, key people, group photos and any important details — so everything runs smoothly and naturally.

The time is getting near for your big day, no doubt there are a few last minute details to sort but I'm sure all your planning and hard work in the preparations will pay off.

 

To help my day run smoothly and ensure I can concerntrate entirely on capturing those important moments, I would appreciate you taking a few moments of your time to complete the form below with all of your latest details please. If there are important shots, VIP's, details etc either during preps or after the ceremony could you please let me know.

Personal Details

If bridal preparation photographs are required then I shall be arriving at least 2 hours before your ceremony time. If there are details like shoes, perfume, jewellery or any other shots that you would like during this time can you let me know below please in the 'Any Additional Information box further down this form?

Wedding Suppliers

I'd Love to know who your other wedding suppliers are. MUA, Hair, DJ, Band etc
If you are able to let me know their Instagram user names then that would be awesome but don't worry if you don't have the time.

Heading off site to capture some of my signiture landscape shots usually results in some amazing images, however, this can be time consuming and can often mean an hour away from your wedding reception. After the wedding breakfast if often the ideal time for this.
FORMAL FAMILY & FRIENDS PHOTOGRAPHY
I don’t typically work from lists on the day other than the family & friends groups as I find this quite restrictive. With regard to the formal family photograph list, I would advise keeping this list simple and ideally below 12 individual combinations. (If you would like more formal shots then we can discuss this and ensure we have the time allocated)
An example list may look something like this:-
Group Shot - Us & 1st set of parents - Us & 2nd set of parents - Us & both parents - B&G bridesmaids - Us & bridesmaids - Us & groomsmen - Us & bridesmaid and groomsmen - Us with grandparents - Us & 1st partners immediate family - Us & 2nd partners immediate family
